The noodle house will be bracing itself as celebrity chef Sam
Leong wields his stuff from 13th-19th March 2010.
Sam will fire up the wok, packing a culinary punch creating new
signature dishes exclusively for the noodle house.
An International celebrity chef, Sam Leong has won numerous accolades,
including his hat-trick win of the prestigious World Gourmet Summit
(WGS) Awards of Excellence for Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year thereby
earning him a position in its Hall of Fame.
